Driver Age
The minimum driver’s age is 21 years and the maximum driver’s age is 65 years.
Driver’s License
Drivers must hold a full and valid license for at least 1 year with no major endorsements.
Also, a valid ID card or passport would be required at time of pick up.
An International Driver’s License (IDL) is mandatory if the renter’s national driving license is not in Roman or English alphabet. International driver license must be accompanied by the original domestic license of the driver.
Insurance Coverage
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
It is included in your rental amount.
Collision damage waiver reduces the customer’s damage responsibility to the excess/deductible amount.
The excess amount for CDW depends on the vehicle groups:
The maximum excess amount for mini, economy and compact vehicle groups is USD 150.
The maximum excess amount for intermediate (4-5 door, automatic, Petrol Air), full size SUV (automatic, Petrol Air) and standard SUV groups is USD 200.
The maximum excess amount for intermediate (4-5 door, automatic, Unspecified Fuel/Power With Air), full size SUV
(automatic, Unspecified Fuel/Power With Air) and Oversize Van groups is USD 250.
The maximum excess amount for premium convertible vehicle groups is USD 300.
The maximum excess amount for full size elite SUV (automatic, Unspecified Fuel/Power With Air) vehicle groups is USD 350.
The maximum excess amount for full size elite SUV (automatic, Petrol Air) and premium (4-5 door) vehicle groups is USD 400.
The maximum excess amount for luxury elite SUV groups is USD 600.
Excess Reduction
In the event of an accident, Super Collision Damage Waiver (Super CDW) reduces your excess amount to ZERO.
The price of Super CDW varies according to the vehicle groups which are as follows:
USD 9 per day - For mini vehicle groups.
USD 10 per day - For economy vehicle groups.
USD 13 per day - For compact (4-5 door, automatic, Petrol Air) vehicle groups.
USD 14 per day - For compact (4-5 door, automatic, Unspecified Fuel/Power With Air) vehicle groups.
USD 15 per day - For standard SUV vehicle groups.
USD 25 per day - For intermediate (4-5 door, automatic, Petrol Air) vehicle groups.
USD 26 per day - For full size SUV (automatic, Petrol Air) vehicle groups.
USD 30 per day - For full size SUV (automatic, Unspecified Fuel/Power With Air) and oversize Van groups.
USD 44 per day - For intermediate (4-5 door, automatic, Unspecified Fuel/Power With Air) and premium Convertible groups.
USD 53 per day - For premium (4-5 door) vehicle groups.
USD 70 per day - For full size elite SUV (automatic, Unspecified Fuel/Power With Air) vehicle groups.
USD 80 per day - For full size elite SUV (automatic, Petrol Air) vehicle groups.
USD 140 per day - For luxury elite vehicle groups.
If the renter opts for SCDW a refundable deposit varying from USD 100 to USD 300 (depending on the vehicle groups) will be
held on the credit card.
Super CDW is optional and can be purchased at the rental desk. For more information please check at the rental desk.
Fees
Airport fee is included in the rental amount.
You are responsible for the cost of any parking fines and other penalties incurred whilst the vehicle is contracted to you.
The rental office will pass the relevant charges on to you plus any administrative expenses.
Breakdown Assistance
Relevant contact details and roadside assistance procedures will be given prior to the commencement of the hire.
Fuel Policy
You have to return the vehicle with same fuel amount as it was supplied to you at the time of pickup. In case of less fuel
missing fuel will be charged in addition to a refueling fee on your return. Unused fuel is not refundable. Fuel charges are
payable at the rental desk unless otherwise stated. Supplier's fuel policies change from time to time, please confirm at rental counter.
Mileage Policy
Unlimited
Cross border Travel
Cross border travel is not allowed.
Tax Rate
Tax is included in the rental price. However, for all the optional extras or special equipment, or extra services, tax would be levied separately.
Payment Methods
Only Master Card and Visa credit cards are accepted and must be in the main renter's name while paying at the rental desk.
Cash, pre-paid cards and Debit Card are not accepted.
Deposit
A refundable deposit varying from USD 150 to USD 600 (depending on the vehicle group) will be held from the credit card until the car is returned.
Delivery and collection
Delivery service is available within Baku city center for an additional charge of USD 10.
Delivery service outside Baku city center is available for an additional charge of:
Up to 30 km - USD 15
between 31-50 km - USD 25
between 51-100 km - USD 70
between 101-300 km - USD 150
for 300+ km - USD 200
Out of Hours
Out of hours service is available free of charge.
Grace Period
for vehicle pick up:
2 hours grace period is free of charge. Every hour after the grace period for the next 4 hours will be calculated at the rate of 20%
of the daily rental cost. If delayed more than 4 hours, it will be charge as full daily rental. If a customer delays more, then vehicle
allocation will depend on the availability.
for vehicle return:
1 hour grace period is free of charge. Every hour after the grace period for the next 4 hours will be calculated at the rate of 20%
of the daily rental cost. If delayed more than 4 hours, it will be charge as full daily rental.
Extras
Confirmation of Special Equipments depends upon the availability at the rental desk.
